Full refunds are possible, but only before sending the final work. After that it's a matter of communication.
If you're not fully convinced to make a purchase - please take your time to think about it and come back when you're fully confident to commission me.In case of a damage (figure getting misplaced, shattered glass, other accidents) I will ask you to send the item back to me and I will either fix it or send you a new one. I am willing to cover all the shipment costs.And of course, a scenario I don't want to even think about - but if the package get lost I am willing to compromise some solutions.RISKS:- This is the first time I am organising project like that. I aim to be as professional as I can, but I just want to make it clear that I am still learning.- I can't guarantee the exact same frame (metal piece holding the glass together) at the moment as I am still looking for a place where I could order it. I do hope to find something more fitting actually (full dark or gold or silver piece), so please, keep in mind I might be changing this part - still keeping it as close to original.That's it for now.
